ASSESSMENT PROCESS AND METHODOLOGY

The evaluation process is designed to individually recognize and assess educational institutes in 4 distinct stages of education, i.e. the restructured 5+3+3+4 framework – Playschool, Primary, Secondary, and Senior secondary across 10 award categories covering ages 3-18.

The evaluation methodology comprises the following selection process:

STAGE I: SCREENING ROUND

    • It will be completely based upon the application form filed by the entrants. The detailed application form has been divided into various sections with each section carrying a certain weightage.

    • The application form will be first evaluated by the internal CSR Team who will assess each section based on the assigned weightage.

    • In case of any discrepancies or unclear details, the internal team will reach out to the schools for clarification or additional information.

    • Kindly ensure all the above eligibility requirements are met, with clear records of school’s academic, extracurriculars and sports achievements.

    • Verify the submission of required supporting documents, such as school prospectus, certificates of winners, school accreditation certificate, and other additional documents in support of your nomination.

    • The internal team may contact the schools or entrants for further details or to rectify any gaps in the submitted nomination.

STAGE II: JURY ROUND

    • After the screening round, the top entry in each of the categories would be selected to be carried forward for the Jury round. The jury would assess the schools on pre-decided evaluation criteria.

    • Entries will be judged by an esteemed panel comprising academic experts, educationists, researchers, expert bodies in vocational education, professionals from various industries, as well as by the internal team of CSR TIMES.

    • The evaluation of the entries will be based on innovative pedagogical techniques, integration of technology into curriculum, sustainability initiatives, multidisciplinary approach and holistic education.

    • Different panels of jury with subject expertise will be evaluating for each of the 10 categories based on merit.

    • All jury members are required to maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the evaluation process to ensure fairness.

    • The jury’s decision will be final and binding.

    • Once the jury has completed their assessments, the final results will be announced in a timely manner.
