1. Cancellation Policy
- Once an application or nomination is submitted for the Shiksha Bharati Award, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- In case of an event or program cancellation by Shiksha Bharati, participants will be informed in advance, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
- Application/Nomination Fees: Fees paid for submitting applications or nominations for awards are non-refundable, except in cases where a duplicate payment has been made.
- Event Registration Fees: Registration fees for conferences, summits, and other programs are non-refundable once the payment is processed. However, in exceptional cases where the event is canceled by Shiksha Bharati, a refund or credit for future events may be considered.
- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is made more than once due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.
- Refund requests must be sent via email to mail@shiksha-bharati.com along with the payment details and proof of transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Any payments made towards advertisements, sponsorships, or promotional activities will not be refunded.
- Late submissions or applications that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Modifications to the Policy
Shiksha Bharati reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
